Agile & Kanban Coaching

As experienced coach, I support you with great enthusiasm in your transformation to more agility. I enjoy working with entire organizations, departments, teams, with executives, at the interfaces and as part of a transformation team.

Working with me means benefitting from over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of roles, industries and coaching situations.

Career Path

After successfully finishing my studies of computer engineering at the University of Mannheim and a few years of being an IT freelancer, I took a clear "turn-off" starting from 2005 doing music therapy studies, education and training in the areas of personal development, systemic-integral coaching and systemic organizational development.

Even though it was clear to me that I am on the right path, I could not bring these interests together for a long time. This changed abruptly in 2010 when I first met Scrum.

I was on fire and continuously developed from being an IT professional to being a trainer and coach for agile methods. Finally, from 2014 to 2016, as "Agile Delivery Practice Lead", I was the central contact person for all agile topics within CGI Germany.

After a short intermediate stop at it-agile, I started working as a freelance Agile & Business Agility Coach, enthusiastically and inspiringly supporting people since 2017.

Based on my experiences, I am now very passionate about how continuous improvement can be easy, authentic and effective at the same time. At this point I am very happy to join you.
